About the service
Novo Coração is a project created by Luana Ribeiro Moraes. These Terms govern use of the app, website and related channels.
By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use another person’s account or enter their data without authorization.
What the app does
- lets people manually enter age, weight, blood pressure and heart rate;
- organizes values, dates and times in a history;
- creates a quantitative report;
- shares the report only when the person chooses to do so.
Health limits and emergencies
Novo Coração is not a medical device and does not measure, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. It does not validate equipment, interpret results, classify risk or recommend treatment changes.
The service does not replace professional medical advice and is not monitored as an emergency channel. In an emergency in Brazil, seek immediate care or call 192.
User responsibilities
Novo Coração does not control copies you share and cannot guarantee that a professional will read a report.
- enter values, units, dates and times carefully;
- protect passwords, codes and access to the device;
- check the content and recipient before sharing;
- do not attempt to access third-party accounts, data or systems;
- do not use the service unlawfully, abusively or in a way that harms its security.
Availability, changes and deletion
The initial version is free and does not display ads. The service may receive updates or be temporarily unavailable. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated appropriately.
You may close your account in the app or at novocoracao.com.br/en/delete-account. The Privacy Policy explains how data is deleted and which legal retention may be necessary.
Applicable law and contact
Brazilian law applies. These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or limit liability where the law does not allow it.
