Request account deletion
This page starts deletion of the account and covered server data by email. Health entries stay on the device and must be cleared through the app.

For the MVP, this form opens a message to privacidade@novocoracao.com.br; it does not automatically delete the account or create a website ticket. The mailbox, identity checks and final confirmation must be tested. The published app must also let users start deletion in-app.
Effects
Before you continue
- deletion closes access to the account;
- local history and reports may become unrecoverable;
- uninstalling does not delete the server account;
- copies sent to an independent professional or institution are not automatically deleted;
- the MVP has no subscription or purchase.
What may be retained
- what is needed for legal or regulatory duties or claims;
- minimum fraud-prevention and security information;
- evidence of the request and response;
- backup data until the still-to-be-defined cycle ends;
- effectively anonymized data that cannot reasonably be linked back.

How the MVP process will work
Request
The person sends only what is needed to locate the account.
Acknowledgement
The team acknowledges receipt by email and records the request internally.
Verification
Identity is verified through an existing contact without requesting a password.
Completion
The account is closed within the stated period and final confirmation is sent.
