Request account deletion
This page starts deletion of the account and covered server data by email. Health entries stay on the device and must be cleared through the app.

This form opens a message to privacidade@novocoracao.com.br. The team verifies identity and completes deletion; the request can also be started from the Delete account option in the app.
Effects
Before you continue
- deletion closes access to the account;
- local history and reports may become unrecoverable;
- uninstalling does not delete the server account;
- copies sent to an independent professional or institution are not automatically deleted;
- the MVP has no subscription or purchase.
What may be retained
- what is needed for legal or regulatory duties or claims;
- minimum fraud-prevention and security information;
- evidence of the request and response;
- temporary technical copies while deletion moves through security cycles;
- effectively anonymized data that cannot reasonably be linked back.
Process
How it works
Request
The person sends only what is needed to locate the account.
Acknowledgement
The team acknowledges receipt by email and records the request internally.
Verification
Identity is verified through an existing contact without requesting a password.
Completion
After verification, the account is closed and final confirmation is sent.
